With a deep command of enterprise software, hardware, storage, and data center design, Joel architects and implements cutting-edge systems with precision. Karina Klever, Chief Compliance Officer, brings over 35 years of technology experience and is a recognized leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). She launched her career in 1989 as a computer operator, progressing through programming and project management roles before transitioning into compliance in the early 2000s. Today, she’s known for establishing GRC Centers of Excellence for Fortune 500 companies, simplifying complex challenges with her renowned N(4th) methodology.

Karina’s expertise spans multiple industries, regulatory frameworks, and levels of organizational maturity. Her focus is on creating customized governance programs that align with an organization’s  unique needs —avoiding the "check-the-box" mentality.
